KCBT = Kansas City Board of Trade
Liffe = The derivatives arm of NYSE Euronext, which has commodities trading in
London and Paris. Feed wheat is traded in London; milling wheat, corn and
rapeseed are traded in Paris.
MGE = Minneapolis Grain Exchange
ICE Canada = ICE Futures Canada, a unit of IntercontinentalExchange Inc.
NOTE: The CBOT ethanol contract, which is for corn-based ethanol, is also
